RENTAL CONDITIONS

● Room occupied by 1 or 2 people.

● Breakfast included.

● Pool towels provided (in season)

● Rates are per room per night

● Extra person: 40 € / night (contact us)

● Supplement twin beds: 20 € / stay

  Reservation

● Only a deposit or credit card guarantee the reservation

● Credit cards are not accepted for direct payments for stays but only to guarantee reservations. We do not store credit card data on our customers after payment of stay

  Deposit

● stays longer than 3 nights: 30% of the total price.

● stays up to 3 nights: amount of the first night.

  Cancellation

● In case of cancellation more than 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

● In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay.
